Located in scenic Loyola Corners, the Los Altos Training Studio (LATS) combines the most advanced Functional Exercise techniques with traditional weight training to provide the most effective methods of personal training available in the Peninsula. Functional training is used to enhance the basic moves our bodies makes on a daily basis.
